This is a former RAF base, which has classroom facilities for training and facilitated team building. There is land available for team activities and the site includes a very good assault course. The site fee is from £25 per person plus VAT. Very basic dormitory style accommodation is available at £40 plus VAT per person. While this accommodation is certainly not hotel stadard it suits the theme of some events.

This site is a working farm and has basic facilities. It has an Off Road Driving Site that can be used April/May - September/October and Clay Pigeon shooting days can be run here. The site fee is £10 per person for shooting days or £350 plus VAT for motorised days.

Ringwood

This site is a 7,000 acre private estate, which is home to Lord Normanton. The house boasts wonderful dining rooms and a huge art collection. There is an excellent purpose built Off Road Site and plenty of land for activities. The site fee is £1500 plus VAT and catering starts at £30 per person.

Rhinefield
House Hotel

This country house hotel has a field attached to its grounds for hire. All types of activities can be run from here, the only exceptions are Off Road Driving and Clay Pigeon Shooting. Rhinefield is a superb location from which to base a New Forest Treasure Hunt. The approximate cost for the use of the hotels grounds and facilities would be in the region of £250 ground hire and £30 per person for refreshments and lunch.

Beaulieu

This versatile estate boasts an Off Road Driving Site, plenty of room for all types of activities and the ability to use the Motor Museum. The site is quite basic and would need marquees for refreshments and portable toilet facilities to be hired in. Approximate site fees would be between £500 - £1000 plus VAT.
