Planning a Conference or Event? Join us for a whistle stop tour of the top venues in The New Forest
We regularly arrange tours of a selection of The New Forest's top hotels and venues. This is designed to give you an overview of the venues and their facilities. We meet in a preselected hotel for coffee and pastries and you can leave your car in the car park. We then board a luxury coach to travel to a variety of hotels and other venues such as Beaulieu and Somerley House for a tour of their facilities. At one venue lunch will be provided. We aim to visit at least six venues during the day, which is a good number so that the day remains relaxed and enjoyable but you still gain a great deal of valuable knowledge.
This is a free of charge service for conference and event organisers. The objective is to show off the New Forest and give you good information on the area's excellent facilities. We organise several such events during the year and you can register below to receive notification. During the Summer these events tend to be during the week as weddings make it very difficult to show visitors a hotel's rooms. We do organise Saturday tours out of the wedding season.
